It is very hot today, Silk has been tending chickens, coming in to drink water, then heading back out all day.
I am no expert on the subject, but even with the water, working in this heat cannot be healthy for any human...

You said it, Reala. Ugh, I thought I was gonna pass out this afternoon. It was 90 degrees when we left the house this morning. I feel sorry for anyone who had to work outside in today's heat. I can only imagine what those poor chickens are going through...with the feathers and all...

I saw actual ice cream & custard melt so bad that they needed a dish. It was a four-scoop cone.

You know those plastic containers you get sherbert in? Silk filled an empty one with water and froze it, then gave the ice to the chickens in their water.
It melted within a half hour!

Ice cream? Well as you know, I don't eat. I don't think I've ever tasted ice cream... Silk likes cherry vanilla or mint chocolate chip, though. She seems to like them, so they must be good!

You know, I've wondered, are marens still sensitive to heat and cold? If so, what do they do to regulate their bodies? Yes, they are not affected by the physical, but heat and cold is energy.

Spyn, we usually don't notice heat or cold unless it's very hot, or freezing.
It's hot enough now that we're feeling it! I took a swim in Silk's pool last night. It felt really good!

Anyway, so maren are pretty immune to heat and cold unless it's insanely so. Hmm...

Actually, you're confusing me with the other NiGHTS from Journey of Dreams.
I've turned into dolphins before for some kids' dreams, but I never looked quite like the dolphin in that game.
I actually didn't morph. I don't change every time that I swim!

*psuedo-English accent* You don't know what a catloaf is?! For shame... *normal* A catloaf is basically a cat laying on its tummy, paws tucked to the point of being not visible, looking like...a loaf of bread, but it's a loaf of cat.

And Clawz wasn't very clear on that bed. All I saw was a lump of black.

That's right Spyn, it's Silk's fault that you don't know what Clawz looks like... and that you're apparently color blind.
Black? Seriously? The blue shape with pointed cat ears and a diamond on the forehead and little wings looks black to you?

As for seeing a lump, you lie. You caught onto the fact that it was some form of feline, since you made the catloaf comment.
At least stick to your story. How can we respect you if you change it so quickly?

I wasn't pointing fingers, Reala, so chill out. SiLK knows that I wouldn't intentionally be mean to her.

And like I said, I couldn't tell what it was, but SiLK has cats around, and they lie on her bed, so I made a guess based on experience.

And it's funny how you point out features on Clawz that only you could see. If I could tell who it was from the sight of the camera, don't you think I would've mentioned that Clawz was on the bed, hmm? Seriously, Reala...think before you speak...

And all of the cats that would have been on Silk's bed are dead now, so way to pour salt in the wound!
Take your own advice...

Don't gripe to me because your eyesight isn't good enough to make out Clawz's distinctive features on his blue body.
You didn't even get the color right, and he's too small on this side to look like one of Silk's pets, anyway.

And I'm sure that Spyn just forgot that Willow, Poe, and Piewacket are gone. They were a very big part of our experience after all. It's hard to accept a change like that...

So Reala, quit being mean, and Spyn... um... quit expecting Reala to not be Reala? I don't know...

I knew you'd be dumb enough to bring that up, Reala, you unscrupulous checkerboard. First off, there are other cats besides our precious late cats. I did not name any names, and I KNOW there are other cats in the house, and they can sit on the bed, too. I know SiLK ain't that selfish. I'm a friggin' cat-lover here. Cat-lovers do not just forget felines that pass away.

And by the way, that lump could've been Maleficent, too.

And yes, I know Willow, Poe, and Piewacket have passed away. As I said, I said no names.
