I woke up today to find the TRS Christmas tree decorated with little LED lights. NiGHTS must have been having fun last night! XD

I'll redo the lights when I have more time, since they're just randomly looped around. It looks more like the tree's tied up than decorated.
In any case, it was clever of NiGHTS to find and use the mini lights.

I think it's charming how they all get into the season.

Currently awaiting the arrival of my nieces, and our yearly tradition of finding the pickle ornament in the Christmas tree, and giving out the prizes for finding it.

Later tonight, we of the TRS cast will meet with our friends from other established character shows for a round of caroling!

All that's missing is the snow, but nothing will defeat my Christmas Spirit!

Is everyone done with the show?

So I've been thinking lately, of looking into PO boxes.
A couple of people have expressed a desire to send me things, but for security reasons I don't exactly give my home address out to just anyone.

If I had a PO address that people could send to, I wonder if it would be worth the cost?

It sure would be nice if people could send me plush making supplies, or props for the show. Send me a note if you think it's a good idea and you know for sure that you would use the box.

I'm really tired lately, I think it's NiGHTS' excited flitting everywhere all night long that's to blame.
It was cute at first, but now NiGHTS' celebrating the fact that the crocuses are coming up is getting a little tiresome. (S)he doesn't know how to do anything in moderation! XD

Wow, NiGHTS threw a big tantrum when I went for the journal section. What, did (s)he write something (s)he's embarrassed about?
I'd look, but for some reason I promised not to... Reala says I'm not missing anything, so I guess it's okay...

Still, I hope that NiGHTS is behaving! It's so hard to tell sometimes...

Some kid on youtube turned nasty on me because I asked them to come post on the forum rather than spam my youtube mail with questions about the show.
My youtube hosts the show yes, but it is not a TRS account!

Which is why I changed my youtube picture. Not all of my videos are related to the show, so I am always disappointed when I post a video of chickens and people post comments about TRS. It's spamming since TRS has nothing to do with my everyday life.

I understand the mentality, but I really wish that more people would be a little considerate of me and the fact that I do have a life other than TRS.
I'm just not even going to acknowledge any TRS notes sent to youtube anymore. They'll just be deleted from now on, since it seems that the types sending them aren't mature enough.

I'd like to remind everyone that if you lose your forum password, I can always reset it for you.
Just PM me on youtube with your account name.

Do Not Spam my videos, please! I do not approve of people posting in the anniversary special to say that they lost their password, and neither do any of the other viewers, I'm sure.

Just send me a private note on youtube and I'll change your password. Keep it private, for safety reasons.

I'm feeling pretty worn down lately.
There seem to be a lot of Reala hater on this forum which makes no sense. This is Reala's forum! If people don't like him, why are they even here?

It's almost like people are trying to give me a hard time. I've had about enough of it...
If this is how the "fans" are, maybe it's time to stop doing the show.

I take my cues from this forum after all, and I'm not seeing any love for the series.
If it's not being enjoyed anymore, I'll start removing the episodes on youtube and scrap the episodes in progress.

Well, this is disappointing.

One of our members had become a problem with constantly breaking rules and refusing to reply to my notes.
I finally issued a warning that one more spam post would result in me temporarily deactivating the account.

My note was ignored and the spam continued, so I was forced to place a temporary ban on them. Three days and then they would be allowed back.


This member decided that rather than wait three days to get their full account back, they would break the forum rules again by trying to get around the ban with a different account.
So instead of getting their account back in three days, they are now permanently removed from this forum.
I am extremely disappointed that anyone would choose to throw their member status away rather than just abide by the rules.

So in addition to the creep who spammed my unrelated videos to whine about a supposed lack of updates (The Easter special wasn't that long ago!), some jerk has now posted a second rant in which they also complained about a lack of updating.


This is probably going to come as a complete shock, but I don't want to put my time and energy into the kind of people who whine and rant about my work.
Call me crazy, but it's not very motivational when people are so negative about something that I do out of kindness.


if i don't start getting some support soon, I'm seriously considering stopping the series. It's clearly generating more complaints than smiles lately.

Okay, wow.
So someone (who I won't name) thought it was okay to go through all of my old videos and post random comments in them, which yes, is spamming my videos.
So I went in and started disabling comments. And suddenly I get a big public complaint on my profile!

Wow, if this harassment is how you help, then how do you attack someone?

Because this attitude has me not wanting to even think about the show. I'm getting nothing but grief because of it!
Trolling me isn't going to get you anything.

Wow, no one reads my journals apparently. Or past entries or announcements.

Way to go, harassing and whining at me is totally going to inspire me to do what you want... not!

I'm putting the series on hiatus until i see an improvement in the general attitude regarding the show.



Let's put it this way... when you have a project to do, are you more likely to do it if:
A: People nag and whine and complain at you, in public?
or
B: People patiently offer words of encouragement before subsiding and waiting for you to be ready?

If it's not clear, A is what I keep getting from the vocal viewers.

Wow... the rumors are flying and people are actually believing them.
If it's not in the forum's announcements, then it's not official. It's that simple. Go read the current announcements, you'll see.

Guys, I'm avoiding the "fandom" until this kind of negativity dies down. The series is not formally on hiatus, but I'm not going to make a video if I'm going to get a lot of griping for it.

Go watch the series on blip.tv and get it some more views. It's the best way to help the series.


Please guys, just try to be more positive and give me a break!
I'll feel more motivated when I stop getting moaned at for doing a show for free, for you.
I don't get anything back for it, i don't even get fanmail telling me that my work is appreciated.
I just get moaned at and nagged if I dare to go a couple weeks without a new video.


So please let up and show me some encouragement and positivity.

Everyone, the reason that we have an Announcements section is so that everyone can stay up to date on what's happening to the show without me having to answer the same question multiple times.

If you see anyone elsewhere acting confused and asking about the show, please direct them to the TRS forum's announcements section.

All of the confusion happening right now is due to people who failed to stay up to date with the TRS announcements. All of the disappointment and negativity could be avoided if everyone would just go read what's happening with the series.

That was an odd post NiGHTS just put up. I guess it can be attributed to grogginess though? (S)he did get up unusually early this afternoon, after all...

Just to be safe though, would everyone please monitor NiGHTS' activity tonight and tomorrow, just to be sure there isn't some other reason?

The Nightmaren usually rest in my closet during the day, and when I checked, I found Reala, Clawz, Jackle, and part of Puffy. No NiGHTS.

Again, please keep an eye out. If you notice anything unusual, start a thread in the TRS section to discuss. Maybe together you can all help me figure out what's going on with NiGHTS!

We seem to be down to only three active members, four if you count me.

I'm starting to think that NiGHTS' disappearance is somehow related to the lack of activity...

I had an odd dream last night, and it was about TRS.
That's odd since I don't usually dream about the show...

It was some kid giving me a hard time and me having to prove that I'm really the one who makes the show.

Phew, NiGHTS' avatar is back!
I think that the forum was just acting up yesterday, which was really bad timing. But it seems to be working now.

NiGHTS' avatar seems to have degenerated slightly, though... oh dear!

The members here don't seem to be interested in making things right, most won't even sign in anymore.
So I guess it's up to me... even if it risks the show.

Rather than respectfully appealing the decision to ban him, the user known as "Reala's Biggest Fan" chose instead to let his temper run away with him, and spam the latest video comments. He has been blocked as well as banned, and will not be returning now.

I guess it's too hard for him to just put some effort into fixing his attitude.

Interesting. We're getting lurkers from other countries now. The timing's odd, I wonder if someone's trying to get their buddies to come give us a hard time?
I expect better, but those types who can't control their tempers are also the types who sic their buddies on whoever they're unhappy with.
It's very petty and ineffective, but only time will let them learn and mature.

It doesn't matter anyway, even if it does come to that, it won't last. It never does.

What a terrible scene to come back to! We all know who I'm referring to, when I say that that member's appallingly bad behavior has me thoroughly disgusted.

Clearly, they were only here to cause trouble, since even a toddler could follow our forum rules. They're pretty simple.


A huge apology goes out to Shany, for the way she was treated by this awful person. The offender has been banned and will not be returning.


I am also disgusted with the way that other members have wrongly accused newer members, for no reason other than that they were new.
But apologies were made, so I am letting it go.


I do expect a better attitude from here on, though. You're all thinking people, not a bunch of squealing 2 year olds.
I know that you're capable of acting in a mature, respectful manner, and I expect nothing less from you all.

Still no suggestions, and the forum's like a ghost town. Apparently, everyone's ditched us except for those two or three people I keep mentioning.
To be perfectly honest, that's pathetic. Shame on you people who left, it's your fault that the event hasn't reached its conclusion yet.

I just went up to the loft, following Eclipse's suggestion to use my EMF detector to look for ghosts. That video will be up soon.


I really hope that we get some active participants soon, though!
Even the people coming on haven't been able to suggest anything more than vague concepts.

Yeesh, my power gets knocked out for a week and I get accused of abandoning the site. If these are the fans, I wonder how bad the haters can possibly be?

In short guys, life stinks right now. I've suffered a very upsetting loss, will probably have to deal with another soon, and the storm destroyed a lot of my trees. I was extremely lucky that the chicken coops didn't get crushed!
The dog run fence did though, so it was just as well that there were no dogs to use it...


But seriously, does it really need to be said that I expect you guys to give me a break?
Even if you don't follow me on other sites, I know that you all go to my youtube page, and my profile has important announcements whenever I have electricity to update with.

I shouldn't have to explain everything all over again, just because some people refuse to look for themselves.

I'm pretty disappointed with everyone.
Everyone has abandoned the show except for two or three people, and none of them are doing anything other than signing in!

Come on guys, give me some directions. Someone or something kidnapped the cast and we need to find them.

Now help me figure out where they're hidden so that we can save them and get the show going again!
