It's all mindset and if that fails, music and scents. Citrus smells are very uplifting and ginger gets the blood flowing.
Forcing a smile also helps, as it actually sends "I'm Happy!" signals to the brain so it quits being a jerk and starts giving you more happy juices.

Moving is big! The temptation is to sit or lie down, but moving around actually improves mood.
That's why I often go walking or work in my garden when I'm depressed.

St John's Wort is an herb that you can get as a pill, it's known for its ability to improve mood. You can try taking it if you can find it.
It interferes with antidepressant drugs so isn't as easy to find as it used to be, but I keep a supply on hand at all times!

Today was partly cloudy, but not too bad. It's supposed to rain tomorrow, though.
That's good for me. It's much easier to nap my nephew when it's dark out.

At least the Nightmaren are happy. They were not pleased about my room being painted, so this weather means they can go flying outside.

My room's coming along great, by the way! I now have "Optimistic Yellow" woodwork!
The main walls will be a color called Beeswax.

Oh the pool's opening very soon. It's just sitting now while we clean it, but the filter's hooked up and it's been refilled.

YAY! I'll bet both the TRS & STN Cast are excited to get a chance to swim it when it's clean.

The dolls would probably need plastic waterproof covering to avoid being soaked, not to mention Silk needs a waterproof, water-tight camera to pull off underwater shots.

Still, it would be cool.

I would love an underwater camera! But unfortunately, that's out of my price range.

I was working on a waterproof Gulpo but it never went past the planning stage. I was stuck for suitable stuffing.
It would be the ideal plush for water shots, though.

Don't give up hope, SiLK! I'm sure your dream will come through someday! Besides, you could take your videos to a whole other world, not just with Gulpo, but with other plushies, too!

Is that possible? Waterproof Digital cameras don't even exist, do they?
I have seen Waterproof Disposable Cameras, though.

I see no reason why a waterproof digital camera would be impossible. I mean, this is the digital age here. It's possible to play NiGHTS JoD in HD while watching Netflix, and record the game and send it to friends.
