I think that the plural is just Ideya, but I don't know the official verdict on that. I guess whichever you prefer works.

I don't remember Elliot ever interacting with the chickens.

If you watch the videos, you'll know the names to my pets. They've all been encountered at one time or another and the cast have interacted with them. Just keep watching, you'll get it.
