That's a good point, Puffy. We can have the trick or treaters offscreen as we react to them.
So if anyone can't record video or doesn't want to, you can just record your voice.
Windows computers all come with Sound Recorder, so all you need is a microphone.

Now that is possible for me to do. Though how will I know what to say to the TRS crew besides trick-or-treat?

Whatever you think might work is fine, you can say anything and I'll just use the recordings the fit in best.  
As long as you say "Trick or Treat!" the rest is up to you.  


And if anyone helps us out, please just say "Trick or Treat!" or some short line to that effect. No speeches, please!
We don't have time in the special to let everyone say more than a very quick line, and we don't have enough participants to make a video just about the trick or treaters.

I really hope the special turns out at least decent, for poor SiLK's sake.

Okay. With a Bit of Help & Experimenting I found My Recording Program. Audacity was also a great help too. I'm Goning to Remember about this in the future.

I can handle not wanting to help or being too busy to help, but I know that you have sound recording software.

Since I now found the audio recording programs. I did a series of voices for You, Silk. Feel free to Manipulate or experiment with some to create Male or Female voices.

I'm E-mailing the Mp3 of the series to You, now. C:

But, Silk Wanted lots of Trick or Treater's for the special.
I gave that to her with the Series.

I'm lucky to find My audio programs when I did. The reason I did a series was a just in case measure for the special.

More is better than nothing, right?  

I'm sure SiLK understands how much you want to help, DR, but remember: Less is More. You have to remember how much time it's gonna take for SiLK to prepare all of that, and she doesn't have much time in her schedule as is. Just be mindful next time, alright?

Shifting topics, Puffy, I caught your blog post about hip-hop. Trust me, you're ♪SOOOOOOOOOO♪ much better off without it.

Oh god, Puffy, the "popular" genres such as hip-hop, rap, and pop itself have become so idolized & stereotypical it drives me up the wall. I'm not against peoples finding their musical inspiration, but there's just no originality or creativity in it anymore. It's either about money, image, fame, or something else possibly vulgar. As a child, I had to sit there and listen to people outside blast their trunk-speakers with rap & hip-hop. All it did was remind me of people that either worship rappers or pretend they are. It infuriated me to the point of desiring violence.

This is why I've strongly chosen music like Smooth Jazz or New Age to listen to. Now only is it calming and inspiring, it's an awesome sleeping aid.

Why would you want violence just because other people like genres that you don't?

Different people like different things.
Be who you are and enjoy what you enjoy. But always let others be who they are as well.
We're not supposed to be judging each other, and life is so much better when we don't.


Now then, i have three people participating, but one hasn't been on the forum lately...and I've seen four people coming to the forum... so only two of those four are helping with Halloween!
I'm not naming names, but you know who you are...

You have sound recorder if you can't film, so record yourselves saying "Trick or Treat!"
Just think, years from now you'll get to look back on old TRS episodes and go "Oh yeah, I was in that one! That was neat!"

Did I mention said others try to "convince" you to be like them, because "it's cool", because you have to be "down with the crew", or because simply you're the same skin color? Think I'm kidding? I wish I was...

And SiLK's right! You could be immortalized on The Reala Show! So c'mon, peoples! Pitch in and help out! You have nothing to lose and everything to gain!

BTW, Claris & Puffy, I asked about making a sound like a banshee 'cause it's Halloween. I never meant to attack your singing abilities.

1) That's exactly why, NiGHTS - I wanted to ask the experienced vocalists first.

2) Asking the entire group might've result in an unintelligible mass of responses, like the response to DR's Smash Bros question. Everyone would've answered at once.

If anyone else wants to pull it off, they're more than welcome.
