Gera's Caturday Art Collection

I was a smidge reluctant to do this, considering that Reala's a bit harsh with his critiques. However, after mulling over the pros that could come from making my own art gallery....Well, I think what I chose is obvious! XD

So, here you have it: My own little gallery of artwork dedicated to TRS, as well as NiGHTS into Dreams.

My work is completely done by means of MS Paint. That might explain why my work might look just above the quality of what a child with severe mental impairments might produce. ^_^;

Also, I might not update it very often, which is why I used "Caturday" in the title. Lolcats joke and whatnot.

Those who've entered may help themselves to a variety of e-chocolates. Why e-choclates? Because e-cookies and e-pie are overdone. Don't get me started with the e-cake, 'cause we all know what it is.... -_-;

That being said, here's the first piece of art....and what luck! It's you, Jackle!



I originally made this picture as both a way to celebrate Christmas and support the "Don't Forget NiGHTS" campaign, as well as NiGHTS in general. Yes, that's a scarf Jackle is holding. I'd tell you who it's from, but I'd rather spare you the mostly unnecessary explanation....^_^;

Look, Jackle! I didn't make you completely orange! Your cape isn't droopy, either! Yay!

@ Reala: I kinda figured something was wrong with this one....Since this is the first picture I've ever made in MS Paint, I had to stylize a few things so I wouldn't get frustrated and give up. Yes, the mantle and colors are wrong, but that's because I had to work with what I had (and what sanity I have left).... ._.;

Still, I'm glad the horns look fine to you. It was a bit hard to draw them at the right perspective and such....

But....Jackle isn't a windsock! He's a mantle! XD

Personally, I was afraid that you'd rag on me about the orange I had to use....and all of the other flaws Reala pointed out....but I'm so relieved and super glad you like it!

I'll be sure to make more pictures in the future, then! ....Whenever I get around to it.... ^_^;

@ NiGHTS: Thanks! That really means a lot to me. I put a lot of hours into that drawing, after all....

Yeah, that's a good idea. I'll let you go do that, then. I really don't want anybody to get hurt, especially over a simple picture....^_^;
